As a member of the YMCA, you are given complete and total access to all of our group exercise and water fitness classes. Classes are for beginners to advanced. Group Exercise and Water Fitness classes are for members only. Our competition and recreation pool are also available for open swim at particular times.

Based on research, these classes will include specific moves and music to help participants fall in love with exercising, achieve life-changing fitness and truly see results.
