This mini-camp will help your swimmer learn swim fundamentals and further their swimming skills in a welcoming and fun atmosphere.

MONDAY- Assessment: Intro, Skill Groups, Water Training
TUESDAY- Train Days: Dryland, Skillwork, Swim-Team Building
WEDNESDAY- Strength and Skills: Skillwork, Dryland Combo, In Water Training
THURSDAY- Parent Showcase: Training, Shortened Swim Session
