STAYING WELL

We’re inviting teens to join us on Mondays for Resources for Resilience™ Listening Circles, a forum where participants can express what is hardest for them right now and be guided in the use of resiliency tools designed to bring their nervous system back into balance. Listening Circles can help by creating a space to hear your concerns, support emotional regulation, and increase community connection. Our goal is to share simple, practical tools so that we can all stay healthy and connected in tough times.

We will meet in the Multipurpose Room on Mondays from 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM
Free Lunch will be provided, while supplies last.
Registration is not required to attend, just show up & join us!
These Listen Circles are intended for children and teens ages 11 through 17.

A local Resilience Trainer, Victor Jones, will teach about trauma, the brain, and the human nervous system in a way that youth from all backgrounds can understand. We know people are not to blame for the trauma and stress that impacts them. Resilience is an inner strength in all humans, regardless of background, and we as people are wired for connection and healing.
