STAYING WELL

Resources for Resilience™ Listening Circles are a forum where participants can express what is hardest for them right now and be guided in the use of resiliency tools designed to bring their nervous system back into balance. Listening Circles can help by creating a space to hear your concerns, support emotional regulation, and increase community connection. Our goal is to share simple, practical tools so that we can all stay healthy and connected in tough times.

Our summer session ended August 22, 2022.  Stay tuned for the start of the next session.
Registration is not required to attend, just show up & join us!
These Listen Circles are intended for children and teens ages 11 through 17.

A local Resilience Trainer, Victor Jones, will teach about trauma, the brain, and the human nervous system in a way that youth from all backgrounds can understand. We know people are not to blame for the trauma and stress that impacts them. Resilience is an inner strength in all humans, regardless of background, and we as people are wired for connection and healing.
